important to keep the basic work of this study using the practical leadership
model. The practical leadership model is the cornerstone of this research study
because it is currently designed to capture the behavioral priorities of
successful leaders working in the situation. Essentially, practical leadership
models capture the unique combination of behaviors that predict success. Each
unique model was created using the same method, but optimization was made
possible using performance data related to a specific situation. In order to
create a practical leadership model, each organization used the following
three-step process.
Great
Leaders Continue to Learn: The best leaders, the most
effective leaders, and the top leaders get all this. We all have to see
ourselves as people who are actively improving. Show me a leader who thinks he
has nothing to learn, and I will show you who will be obsolete in the case of
some years (if not already). This is a continuous misunderstanding of
ineffective leaders; they just do not understand that when you stop working on
yourself, then you are accepting that you are not confused. A working leader is
an attractive leader who will gather skills, insights and followers fast
enough.
